Africa in 30 Minutes

Since I'm immensely interested in Africa, I wanted to watch MTV's Diary of Angelina Jolie. When I mentioned it to my friend Leah, she wanted to see it so I told her to come over on Tuesday night and I would cook dinner for her. I also called Megan and asked if she wanted to come over too.

The show was very geared toward the MTV audience, but I enjoyed it. I wish it had run longer than 30 minutes. I don't think you can really even start to touch on poverty in Africa on 30 minutes, but I guess that's the right amount of time for you MTV watchers.

Actually, I was truly amazed that Mckenna watched the whole thing with us. Megan is such a great mom by exposing her to things like this.
