Carly's Birthday Party
Because I put off my homework until today, I started doing it at... noon. At 1pm, I took a 45-minute break to eat lunch. After that, I studied until 2:30pm. I have such a hard time focusing and I told Brian that I think I have ADD. Brian said, "No, you probably have ADHD, emphasis on the H for hyperactivity." I actually want to try something to see if it will help me focus.
Carly, my niece, was having a birthday party at 3pm and I hadn't gotten her a birthday present so I went to Wal*Mart. Tanner was there and I said hi.
In the Care-Bear card that my sister Amy sent me, you were supposed to cut out a name tag and wear it to the party. I had mine on at Wal*Mart when someone asked me, "Excuse me, do you work here?" I told her no and she said, "well, you have a name tag on." Please! Wal*Mart employees do not have Care Bear nametags.
At the party, I asked Amy if she wanted me to take pictures and she said, "Yes! You take a lot of pictures and you take really good ones." That made me feel good. I took about 200 pictures at the party with my camera (to which Brian asked, "Um, why?" and I replied, "Because the more pictures you take, the more likely one of them will be great. Photographers don't take one picture and expect it to be good--they take lots and use the best ones.").
