Dancing the Night Away
Confidential to Russell: Happy Birthday!
At about 3:15pm I looked outside and noticed the rain that was hitting the large windows in our office. It was then that I knew what I had to do.
In my senior year of high school, I went to a rave on Friday with my friend Emily Beaver and had one of the greatest times of my life. Since that time, I've associated rain and Friday with dancing and consequently want to go dancing every time those two natural events occur.
So at 3:17pm, I decided that I really wanted to go dancing and text messaged Megan and Scott to see if they wanted to go out tonight.
They said yes and we made plans to do so. Megan needed help making buttons and offered to feed anyone who helped. She made her oh-so-wonderful chicken enchiladas (of which I ate too much).
After dinner, Scott and I had four vodka shots and amaretto sours. Megan, who wasn't drinking, made a midori sour for me which I really didn't like (too melony). Since Scott is really a lightweight, he was funny to watch.

Scott and his Vodka!
The best part of the night happened when Kelly Clarkson's song, "Since You've Been Gone" blasted from the speakers and everyone in the club screamed in excitement. Until tonight, I really didn't like it but now I love it! We left the club soon after the song ended.
