A lot of "supposed to"

I was supposed to be at work at 8AM, but I got there at 9:34AM today.

I was supposed to study all day at work, but I only made flashcards to study tonight.

I was supposed to teach English at the Guadalupe school tonight, but there were too many teachers so I volunteered to go home to study.

Brian came home tonight. He was out of town for the weekend to visit his parents in Colorado. He made his yummy chicken for dinner and we had a nice chat. Or rather, he got mad at me for being mad about the whole "drinking in Vegas" thing. I told him I wasn't mad, only disappointed. He said, "What would you rather have me be: mad or disappointed?" I told him mad, but I really wasn't mad about him drinking--only disappointed.

He got over being mad, we watched an episode of Airline, and then we went to bed.

Oh, and I wasn't supposed to eat an apple turnover tonight because I'm trying to cut down on sweets, but I ate one anyway.
