Bureaucracy: Pass It On

I hate when University bureaucracy is confusing and gives me bad information!

I'm trying to get financial aid so I can study abroad next semester. Because I'll graduate with a Political Science degree in December, I'm not eligible for any money. When I explained my situation to someone, they told me I had to reapply to the U to work on a second bachelors.

After talking to Megan (who is smart about this kind of thing), she told me she didn't have to do that to keep taking classes after graduation.

I found out that I could apply for a second bachelors this semester and not deal with a second application.

Today, I went into the financial aid office to meet with a counselor. They're going to give me financial aid for this semester, so I didn't even need to apply for a second bachelors for next semester.

Bureaucracy at its finest!
