My Day with Titus
Brian had work at noon, so we got to sleep in together.
After he left for work, I went to my Aunt Wendy's to mow her lawn. I brought Titus along because I didn't want to leave him home all day (like he does Monday through Friday). Wendy was babysitting her grandkids, Quinn and Zach (which is always fun because they are really cute).
I took me 2 hours to mow her lawn and clean up all the fallen leaves. I can't wait until I have a house and I can clean up leaves with Brian on a Saturday; or even play in the leaf piles with my children and making the lawn all messy again.
My friend Brittney from work recently had a baby and I hadn't seen her since (5 weeks), so I called and told her I was coming over. After getting a bit lost, I found her place and hung out with her and her husband Kevin. I had to leave Titus in the car.
I also had to leave Titus in the car when I made a quick stop at Target. Because he was so good, I took Titus to the Petco that was next to Target. I bought him a bone and some shampoo so I can give him a bath. I may be biased, but he was the cutest dog in the store! And he's so friendly! His tail wags when he sees another dog and he's not afraid to engage. As my brother Russell would say, Titus is curious.
Before heading home, I stopped by Brian's store in Fashion place mall to say hi. He's so cute when he's working!
It was really fun to spend the day with Titus. He doesn't bark, enjoys staying in the car, and likes look out the window. He only fell to the floor once because of a quick turn I made. Besides that, he learned that he needed to lie down when the car was moving.
Here's a cool picture I took while driving:
