The bank, Cinderella, and some bad words
My brother Russell owes me money, so we went to the bank to cash a check he recieved from BYU. Since he doesn't have an account with Wells Fargo, he signed over the check to me to cash. To make a long story short, the bank wouldn't cash the check without Russell's ID (which he convienently left at my house). My mother, who does not like to take no for an answer, asked for the manager and spent 10 minutes explaining the situation and persuading him to allow me to cash the check. In the end, she prevailed and it was really funny to watch.
I needed to study Spanish, so I took my mother to my sister's house. Russell and I weren't going to stay long, but Cinderella was on and we ended up watching the whole movie. I forgot how much I love Disney movies!
Before I go to Mexico, Brian wanted me to pack all my things because I won't be coming back to our apartment. I went through some drawers and organized all the crap that was there. I'm a pack rat and save everything for memories. I need to keep up with my scrapbooking so tons of memories don't sit in a drawer.
Megan and Mckenna came over to visit me before I left. I thought it was really nice and considerate of them (even though it was more Mckenna's idea than Megan's. We played our favorite game: putting inappropriate words on post-its and making Mckenna say it while we guess what the word is. I don't think we'll be able to play it as she gets older.
I called Scott and asked him to come over because I won't see him again until I get back from Mexico. We talked for a bit and then, as he was leaving, he said, "Well, if I don't see you again, goodbye." I replied, "You won't see me again." It's not mean, just true!
