The Final Day
I had lots of things to do today to get ready for Mèxico. I went to the bank, did laundry, visited my Aunt Wendy, and went to Wal*Mart where I saw Tanner. I was glad I had Russell with me to keep me company.
As I folded laundry, Brian knocked on the door and Russell went to answer it. Brian was very surprised to see him because he thought Russell was going home for the last two days. Brian later told me that he wanted to find me alone because, well, you can figure that out. Russell ruined the plan.
When Russell found out, he laughed. Earlier, Mom called him to find out when she would drive him to Provo. Russell told her he was going to spend the night at my house. She replied, "No, I think you should stay with me tonight. It's Jesse's last night and they'll want to be alone to,um..." Russell said that while she quickley changed the subject, he wanted to ask her what she meant.
Brian did take me out on a nice date. We went to dinner at The New Yorker where we ordered two porter house steaks. It was a nice "last supper." I thought we were going to be underdressed (since we were wearing khaki's and sweaters), but we saw one guy in jeans and a baseball hat.
After dinner, we went back home to pick up Russell. We went to the Gateway to see, "The New World." Eric met us there. I hate to say this, but we walked out of the movie. I know, I know: the only people who walk out of movies are people who are stupid enough not to read reviews or know what a movie is about. However, the reviews were good and I expected a great action film.
Yeah. It was a romantic flick with no plot. Boring! It sucked. We went home where we watched Battlestar Galactica. Oh, how I'll miss that show!

I KNEW he'd make his really good chicken for you!
I forgot something: You walked out of a movie in which Colin Farrell has his shirt off?! Are you nuts?!
And, are you sure you're gay? I mean, if you don't like romantic movies, how can you be gay? I mean seriously.
Gateway, huh? I guess that means you're another one not interested in pursuing the boycott of Larry H. Miller businesses?
I know this is a little late but good luck with your adventure! I'd say I'll miss you, but um, I already do because you don't live in Texas.
Keep us updated! Send a postcard!
