Mi casa es su casa!

Austin annoyed me today in conversation class. I have a hard time saying large numbers in Spanish and apparently Austin doesn’t. When I tried to say one, he’d just say it for me. It’s like he didn’t want to wait for me to figure it out.

I didn’t want to go to the gym, but I went anyway with Austin. We’re starting to run (since Asutin wants a six pack to show although it already does—he’s like a skinny girl who thinks he’s fat) and Austin wanted to run on the treadmill first. I wanted to do it last, so I started our routine without him. It was arm day, so I asked him what exercises we usually do and he looked at me as if I were stupid. I just walked away and tried to remember them. We ended up working out separately and it was nice. He wasn’t there to tell me to hurry up and the workout was a lot shorter.

I went to the computer lab afterward and talked to Brian online. (On a related note, I tried to chat today using http://www.meebo.com/, which gets around the school’s block. The school blocked it today and now I have to figure out how to get around it). Brian gave me the good news that he put a bid on a house and they accepted it! He showed me a picture of it and I’m so excited! It’s on 3500 South and 7000 West. Yeah, it’s kind of far, but its going to be awesome. Brian said it’s a “fixer-upper” and I think it will be fun to do the work on the house. I can’t wait to move in and have fun parties there!

jesse-- Thanks for keeping us posted on your trip. For all of us trapped in the random Utah snow storms in April, your blog is a sweet respite. I've had your blog on my reader for your whole trip ever since I found you through some random blog. I'm gay and graduating from BYU in april. Anyway, I'm heading to Mexico City after graduation and going to visit several of the places you've been to including spending a couple nights in Cuernavaca or Tepoztlan. I know you're busy and stuff but i've got a couple quick questions I'd like to ask you since you're down there. If you get a chance, e-mail me at osortetenho@gmail.com. thanks.
